Kimberly discovered yoga in 1999 as a way to relieve the stresses of working in the hospitality industry and has never looked back. Her love of the practice inspired her to read and study to learn as much as she could about yoga. She is both grateful and honored to have studied extensively with many yoga masters. In her classes, Kim speaks from an embodiment of experience and encourages personal exploration and expression. She hopes to share the practice of yoga with the surrounding areas.
Shannon has been involved in the areas of health and welness for 20+ years. She holds a PhD in Health Education and is a RYT 200-hour certified yoga instructor. She has taught classes in the areas of health and fitness at many colleges for the past twenty years. She is currently Executive Director of the June Bug Center in Floyd, VA. Shannon has dedicated her life to teaching in health related areas and believes that holistic health and balance are the pathways to ultimate welness.
Adelina was introduced to yoga over ten years ago and found that it allowed her to understand the bodys connection between breath and movement in a way that felt transformative and freeing. In 2020, she sought to deepen her yoga practice by recieving her RYT 200-hour teaching certification from United Yoga in Miami, Florida. Adelina believes that yoga is for everybody and hopes that her classes help students find new ways to balance the challenges of life.
Anna began practicing yoga in 2013 as a college elective and almost immediately began incorporating it into her regularly practiced physical activities as a way to stay healthy, limber, and strong. She completed her undergraduate degree through Arizona State University in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching and has a passion for finding unique ways to walk with others into self-love and awareness. This led her to complete the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program with Uttara in Roanoke, VA.
